The people that tweet from a restaurant - that's a little weird, isn't it? Like taking pictures at a funeral. That food's not around anymore, right?

I'll call it Northwest Berry Tart. These are blackberries picked fresh and wild at Discovery Park, and we made this later the same day as this photo. Pastry is from the freezer, injected with fresh whipped cream made with a NO2 canister and vanilla syrup. Then Torani chocolate sauce on top and some powdered sugar. The boys rejected all of it but the cream, of course.
